Masalah Rotation Posting Orthopedics!!

Attention

Assalamualaikum

Kepada budak-budak ortho, untuk pengetahuan kalian, rotation kita pelik sikit.Kita ada, 8 group, 8 rotation, and walaupun ada 8 week tapi memandangkan 1st and 2nd week tu duk rotation yg sama,maknanya kita cuma ada 7 kali rotation. Jadi sekarang ni da jadi masalah,sebab kalo kita ikutkan rotation tu maknanya, setiap group akan termiss 1 rotation. I dont know bout u guys,tapi I mmg xnk miss mana-mana rotation.

Untuk mengatasi masalah itu ada beberapa choice

1. Minggu 1st and 2nd tu x sepatutnya berada dalam rotation yg sama,sepatutnya kena gerak kepada rotation seterusnya bila da masuk week 2...tapi benda da jadik,tu la,kitaorang pun satu,awal2 xnk cek masalah ne.skarang benda da jadi terpaksa la fikir jalan lain.
2. bubarkan group Onco,(group aku lak tu)-->malangnya benda ni kena wat awal-awal,sekarang ni group onco tu mmg wujud,jadi kalo dibubarkan,kitaorg masuk group lain,ada kemungkinan ahli2 group onco ne akan miss 1 rotation jugak.mmg la budak lain smua fair la dapat smua rotation tp x fair bagi kitaorang budak onco
3. team athro-onco terus bergabung sampai bebila-->x boleh gak,sebab orang lain dapat merasa grup kecik,kitaorang sentiasa group besar,patient bkn bnyk pun
4. choice terakhir adalah dengan membahagikan pertindihan tu kepada group2 lain gak.Walaupun ada group yg mungkin tertindih sekali je,ada yang kena tindih 3 kali,tapi nak wat camne,serius wei,aku da try susun 4-5 kali,jadual ne yang terakhir aku berjaya buat. Sesiapa yang rasa de boleh alter,sila sila,sangat-sangat dialu-alukan...

Disebabkan choice ke-4 tu yg possible and fair la jgk compare dgn choice lain,so harap students ortho semua  faham kenapa ini semua terjadi...Terima je la seadanya,tanpa kita yang merasakan kesilapan ini,orang lain x dpt nak perbaiki...

Team 1 adalah team rotation pertama mereka merupakan rehab.Begitu lah seterusnya, bagi team 6,ini team first rotation onco,dan team 7 adalah team yg first rotation arthro.Tolong ambil tahu korang team nombor berapa.

Take note:
sapa yg masuk team onco-arthro,rotation ne mmg bergabung sebab onco tak banyak patient n Ms Hazla (Specialist onco) pun mmg akan ikut ward round arthro.Klinik Onco cuma ada pada hari selasa shj, petang.(x silap la)

Plan

• To make a book of mind maps and short notes from all postings in 4^th year, entitled “The Successful Students”. All participants from the making of this book are considered as the Successful Students Team members.
• Finish the book by the first semester, therefore can be used during the end of semester exams

Features

• ·         Short notes and mind maps of all the topics in a posting according to the guide book
• ·         Notes on physical examination
• ·         Selected notes that are approved by lecturers
• ·         OSCE section
• ·         Selected past year’s question
• ·         Normal values (insyaAllah)
• ·         PPD section (insyaAllah)

Organization

• Coordinator: coordinates the whole thing and collect all notes from PIC, publish the book and distribute is accordingly
• Person In Charge (PIC) : coordinator of their own posting, collects notes from supervisors, elect supervisors and distribute major topics
• Supervisors: can be more or less than 4 according to PIC election, coordinator of each major topic in a certain posting, distribute specific topics to team members, make sure all notes are complete
• Team members: do mind maps and short notes according to the respective topics and submit before 1^st semester break.

Terms and conditions of the short notes/mind maps

• ·         Full cooperation and commitment from team members
• ·         Only those who willingly/volunteer will be participating (to ensure good commitment)
• ·         The paper, A4 paper, with borders: to avoid “loss of data”

·        

• ·         Go as detail as possible
• ·         Diagrams is highly recommended
• ·         Pictures, printed or drawn is highly recommended as long as it can be seen clearly
• ·         Important topics should have lecturer’s approval
• ·         No highlighters allowed
• ·         Senior’s notes and notes from other sources is acceptable as long as it’s not obsolete
• ·         Writing should be readable, computer print is recommended
• ·         No weird short forms
• ·         Notes given to supervisors should be in original form

Suggestion:


the book will be sold to SST members in their original prize,but those who are non members must pay extra,maybe 30% more.if there are non members who wants to buy the book,the extra money can be use as a discount for the members
